How a pack moves through the plant

Concept

3D design
We model the part in CAD before it exists.

UV film, site and warehouse
The same extrusion line spans the distance between a 6-micron collection sack and a 150-micron greenhouse film. In between: construction film by the roll or by the kilo, hand and machine stretch, pallet hoods and shrink film.

Compostable on paper, not just in words.
Carrier bags, produce bags and bin bags made from PLA, PBAT and modified starch. At least 90% biodegradation within 180 days, full disintegration within 12 weeks, and no microplastics left behind.
Why it matters that we manufacture
We are not middlemen. Most of the products we deliver are made by us, on the ELECTRIC lines in Focșani.
And where we don't produce in-house, we say things exactly as they are. Pumps, sprayers and triggers come from specialised partners, because they are made in volumes and on technologies for which it would make no economic sense to develop dedicated in-house lines.
The real advantage shows when we start a new project. We can take a pack from the first conversation and the first drawing all the way to mould, production, customisation, packing and the pallet ready for delivery, the entire process carried out on our own infrastructure.
