Who processes the data

For any question about your personal data write to office@electricsrl.ro or call +40 237 22 10 82. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, as we do not fall under art. 37 GDPR; the contact point for data protection answers at the address above.

We do not profile you and take no automated decisions concerning you. We do not sell or rent data to third parties.
Who else has access
The data reaches the sales and production colleagues working on the quote, the provider hosting the site and our e-mail provider. All of them process the data under contract and only for the purpose above. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep them
- Quote requests that do not become an order: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- Requests that become an order: for the duration of the commercial relationship; the related accounting documents are kept under Romanian accounting law 82/1991.
- The lists in your browser: 90 days, or until you clear them.
Your rights
- Access (art. 15): to find out what data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Rectification (art. 16): to have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure (art. 17): to have data deleted when there is no longer a reason to keep it.
- Restriction (art. 18): to have processing temporarily restricted.
- Portability (art. 20): to receive the data in a structured format.
- Objection (art. 21): to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent (art. 7): where you gave consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
You can exercise your rights by writing to office@electricsrl.ro. We answer within one month at the latest.

Commercial communications
We answer your quote request because you asked us to. We do not add you to any newsletter automatically. If we ever send commercial communications, we will do so only with your prior, explicit consent under art. 6 of Romanian Law 365/2002, and unsubscribing will be as easy as subscribing.
