The catalogue is not a firm offer

The descriptions, dimensions, weights, capacities and photographs in the catalogue are informative and may be updated without prior notice. They do not constitute a firm offer under art. 1188–1189 of the Romanian Civil Code, but an invitation to request a quote. Only a written quote issued by us, with price, quantity, delivery term and validity, is binding on us.

Photographs are indicative. Colours may differ from the delivered product, and made-to-specification products are produced according to the drawing and datasheet agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, technical drawings, process diagrams, trade names and logos on this site belong to S.C. ELECTRIC S.R.L. or are used with the rights holders' permission. They may be reproduced only with our written consent, except for short quotation with attribution.

Using the site
