What it means
What private label means
Private label — marcă proprie in Romanian — means we manufacture the packaging and you sell it under your own brand: your colour, your shape, your logo. The term used internationally is private label, which you will often meet even in other languages.
White label
A standard product you simply put a logo on, with no customisation — the fastest, but with no differentiation.

Customisation
What we customise
Your own mould
We design and build the mould in our own tool room; it stays customised to your requirements and we maintain and store it.
Shape & sizes
Shape, volume, neck and dimensions to order. Your part, not one from a catalogue.
Colour
Any colour via masterbatch, gravimetrically dosed on every batch, for a constant tone lot after lot.
Material
Virgin, recycled or biodegradable (EN 13432), with a controlled, documentable recycled content.
Print & label
360° sleeve, flexographic print.
Closure
Cap, handle, pump, sprayer or trigger matched to the neck of the container.

Brief

Concept & 3D design
We draw the shape and label in CAD; you see the part before it exists.

Prototype
We 3D-print the prototype; you hold it and approve it.

Mould
We build the mould in our own tool room, customised to your requirements.

Trials & sign-off
We run machine trials and sign off the filled part, with per-lot documentation.
06
Production
We run the series across the three factories — injection, blow, extrusion.

Own delivery
Goods leave Focșani on our own fleet; from 1 pallet, delivery is free.

What is the minimum order?
From 1 pallet. Larger volumes lower the unit price; we quote it on request, according to quantity.
Does the packaging stay exclusive to me?
Yes. Your mould and artwork are yours; we do not use them for anyone else.
Who owns the mould?
The mould stays customised to your requirements. We maintain and store it.
How soon do I get the product?
For a catalogue pack, only customised, in a few weeks. For a new shape, the time includes building the mould.
