Cold-pressed juices and smoothies
With cold-pressed juice, the colour is the label. The green of celery and apple, the red of beetroot, the orange of carrot — all visible through the wall of the can, and they say more than any text on a pack.
You press in the morning, fill the cans, seal them and put them in the chilled display. The seamed end stops the air, so the juice holds its colour and taste far better than in a screw-cap bottle, where oxygen gets in at every opening.
For juice subscriptions and cleanses — five or seven cans a day, delivered to the door — the intact seal is the customer's guarantee. The can does not break in transit, does not leak in a bag and stacks neatly in a crate.
The same can holds thick smoothies, fruit pieces in liquid and clear juice alike. The #211 format is the wide one, good for a smoothie with pulp; #202 is the slim one, which looks like a classic drinks can.

It is also called a can seamer, a can closing machine or simply a can sealer. It is the same machine: it mechanically seams the aluminium end onto the mouth of the PET can, by double seaming.
