Contract packing and copacking
A contract packer needs packaging that does not force a line change for every client. The PET can with an aluminium end holds beans, powders, pieces and liquid alike — with the same machine and the same sealing.
What changes from one product to the next is only the content and the label. Coffee beans, sweets, cereals, candied fruit, juice and water all go into the same can body, with the same end. You do not hold stock of ten different packs and you do not negotiate ten minimum orders.
Volumes run from 150 to 600ml, in two mouth standards: #202 at 64mm and #211 at 68mm. You pick the standard once, you buy the machine once, and after that you only vary the height of the can according to the product.
Customisation is done with a 360° shrink sleeve, applied at our plant or at yours. That means a new client needs no new mould and no minimum order in the tens of thousands — only the sleeve artwork changes.

It is also called a can seamer, a can closing machine or simply a can sealer. It is the same machine: it mechanically seams the aluminium end onto the mouth of the PET can, by double seaming.
